My brides hated their wedding photographs, and demanded a refund. This is an example of my “poorly edited work.” Has anyone run into this problem?
Some things to know:
- They said they looked at examples of my work beforehand.
- They both, including myself have a signed contract.
- I’ve offered them a free formal photoshoot (like trash the dress)
- They didn’t tell me what style they prefer (black and white vs color)
- There package was for 150 edited images, since the day of the wedding they were so nice and a pleasure to work with plus (I was on the editing streak.) I ended up giving them 285 photographs.
